A Cariad Blanket Box is a free care package, sent through the post to new mums facing a difficult start to motherhood.

Each box contains as a minimum:

• A handmade blanket, created by amazing crafters from all over the UK. This provides love and comfort to the baby.

• A note of encouragement, written by a mum who has survived through similiar hardship. This provides love and comfort to the mum.

• A note explaining about the project, and why the box has been sent to them.

Other little items are often included in the box, as extra treats to mum & baby. These items are lovingly created by talented people for the project.
