To join in you will need:
Equipment
Oven
2x round baking tins of the same size
Baking/Parchment Paper
Ingredients for the cake
Unsalted Butter/Spread
Golden Caster Sugar
Large Eggs
Self Raising Flour
Baking Powder
Spoonful of Icing Sugar
Ingredients for the filling, chose which ones from the following take your fancy
Double Cream or Pre-whipped Cream in a can
Strawberries
Jam
Butter & Icing Sugar to make buttercream
