Create your own Easter Cookies

These Easter Cakey Cookies are perfect for using up any leftover chocolate you’ve not munched your way through already. Catch up with the live bake along from a few weeks ago to learn how to make these yummy treats.

To make your own you will need:

  • 140g Baking Butter/Spread

  • 180g Golden Caster Sugar

  • 2 Large Egg Yolks

  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 260g Plain Flour

  • 5-15g Cocoa Powder (dependent on how chocolatey you want your cookies)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 250g - 300g Easter Chocolates, broken into smaller chunks

  • Baking Tray and Parchment Paper/Tray Liner
